CSR/ Traveler

Department: Customer Service

Training: 30 to 60 days non-paid

Pay Rate: $8.00hr

Customer Service Traveler – is the headliner at all events. First impressions are important, you will provide that welcoming first impression for all our guests. We are looking for a friendly greeting, one who enjoys meeting new people and a self-starter individual. Must prep before the workshop beings making sure everything is in place, check names at the door, sign people up for TLMiG if needed.

As well as Customer Service Representative - will act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency for S.W.A.G Educate and TLMiG.

Must be genuinely excited to help customers, patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative. Love to talk and can put yourself in your customers’ shoes and advocate for them when necessary. Problem-solving should come naturally to customer care specialists. Confident at troubleshooting and investigate if they don’t have enough information to resolve customer complaints.

The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Candidates must follow directions and perform required tasks independently.

Provide optimal level of customer services and maintain professionalism to resolve all customer issues and provide all information on products, service plans and promotions.

Greet all customers pleasantly and with courtesy, provide visitors with all directions and provide all information regarding company promotions, sign-ups and knowledge materials if required.

Collaborate with customers and assist in various questions to reduce number of confusions, allowing everyone that attend each event to go home with a full understanding and ensure authenticity of all information.


Receptionist/Concierge

Department: Customer Service

Location: Virtually and in Office
Internship: 90 days
After Intern Pay Rate: $13,500.00 - $17,000.00 annually 

Your role is to help executives to facilitate their busy schedules as well as answering and sending messages virtually or in house. Corporate Concierge serve client’s personal and business-related needs by managing time more efficiently. Some duties may include social activities, personal errands, arrange for car service, dinner reservations, obtain tickets for events, go shopping for client, reserve hotels, book flights, hire temporary employee, conference rooms and more... Must be willing to travel at least 2 to 5 times a month if needed.

As a receptionist serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately; notifies company personnel of visitor arrival; maintains security and telecommunications system.

Some traveling may take place.

Marketing & Sales Coordinator 

Department: Marketing Department

As a Marketing & Sales Coordinator you will be responsible for building and managing a marketing team. As well as developing and implementing our marketing and advertising campaigns, tracking sales, maintaining promotional materials, maintain data bases, preparing and presenting reports. As the Marketing & Sales Lead Coordinator your will be responsible for driving traffic to all social media platforms, generating sale, marketing for three division of the company. 

You will be working as the Lead Coordinator of the Marketing Department and hiring the right people to fit the need in each area. Your responsible for managing our social media strategy, coming up with ideas that would bring awareness to the company brand.  Define most important social media KPIs and approving all work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing

Collaborate with Product Development teams using social media marketing tools such as Buffer, monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization.

Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, Google+ and other social media best practices, understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics.

Having familiarity with web designs and publishing. Knowledge in finance, money management and real estate is a plus, but not required.

Public Event Speaker

Acts as the host at all of our events. Because the role is so visible, the MC's demeanor directly affects the mood of the guests, their receptivity and their enjoyment. We are looking for a skilled MC that monitors the agenda effectively so that an event goes smoothly. Sometimes you may have to deliver speeches or presentations to an audience.

Must be engaging, informative, persuasive, charismatic, strong interpersonal skills, the ability to access the audience, and can memorize then successfully deliver a warm welcoming atmosphere.

MCs must prepare for an event ahead of time. You must meet with the team to learn about the overall event, the agenda, the presenters and any special guests. Based on the information he or she gathers, the Emcee prepares an introduction for each speaker and each part of the event. He can also prepare a formal agenda if the organizers haven’t created one. At the event, the Emcee checks that the presenters/speakers and special guests are present, follows the agenda and ensures that the various sections of the occasion start and end on time.
